Federal Council
FEDERAL COUNCIL
The Council is the governing body of the Society. It is responsible for overseeing the activities of the Society and its Divisions in accordance with the Articles of Association and By-Laws. For the purposes of the Australian Investment and Securities Commission, the Councillors are the directors of the company.
Council consists of two councillors from each State Division

The Council may form an Executive consisting of the President, Vice-President, General Secretary and Treasurer to make decisions that are later ratified by Council.
The Society is governed according to the Memorandum, Articles of Association and By-Laws of the Society. This document is available to members of the Society for no cost from the General Secretary.
